Terms and conditions
About these terms
thisisvegascasinouk.co.uk is a development information site about This Is Vegas Casino. Reading thisisvegascasinouk.co.uk does not create a casino account or an agreement to gamble. The casino's own contract applies to play, including its free-play mode. This page summarises selected rules; it does not replace that contract.
Age and eligibility
The casino's terms specify a minimum age of 25 and require players to check the age rules in their country. Its responsible gaming page instead refers to 18 or the local age of consent. These statements differ: do not treat the lower figure as confirmation that you qualify. Ask the casino to clarify before registering.
thisisvegascasinouk.co.uk does not establish that the casino is authorised to serve UK players. A page written for UK readers is not proof of a UK gambling licence.
Account responsibilities
The casino requires accurate registration details and may suspend accounts and related withdrawals when those details are false. Its account restrictions cover each person, household, network address, email address and computer; linked accounts can lead to closure and loss of winnings.
Keep account credentials private. The casino prohibits other people from using a player's account. Check the casino's current country restrictions before opening an account.
Deposits, verification and withdrawals
| Matter | What the casino's terms say |
|---|---|
| Deposited funds | Deposits are final; money already played cannot be refunded. |
| Deposit turnover | A deposit must be played through once before requesting a withdrawal. Otherwise, processing charges may apply. |
| Verification | The casino can request identification again, including before deposits or withdrawals and when investigating suspected fraud. |
| Withdrawal documents | Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of requesting a withdrawal results in cancellation of that request. Approval also depends on satisfying the other applicable conditions. |
| Outstanding wagering | Unfinished wagering requirements can cause a withdrawal request to be refused. |
Offer-specific conditions, payment charges and withdrawal caps need to be checked with the casino before depositing. This summary does not promise a withdrawal amount or completion time.
Which wording applies
The casino identifies its English terms as authoritative and says support conversations cannot amend them. Read the complete casino agreement before registration, including the rules for any promotion you intend to claim.
For questions about text on thisisvegascasinouk.co.uk, the development contact placeholder is [email protected]. It is not the casino's account-support address.
